Ang ANNEX A B and C ay additional requirements ng PRC para sa lahat ng magte-take ng any licensure exams during pandemic alinsunod sa Memorandum Order No 68.
Annex A and B - ipapasa sa day of examination with RT-PCR Result OR Certificate Of Quarantine attachment.
Annex C - isa-submit ito via email 15 days after the exam. Magbibigay ng email address ang proctor on the day of the exam. If hindi nagbigay, i-submit ito via email to the email address ng PRC Regional Office kung saan ka nag take ng exam.
